CHANGE OF MIND

 

 

·       We currently do not accept returns for change of mind.

 

RETURNS OF FAULTY/INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED PRODUCTS 

 

 

·       Returns must be initiated within 3 business days from the date you receive your order.

·       Items must be unopened and in sell-able condition.

·       Items received damaged may be rejected or a repacking/powder coat fee of 30% may be applied.

·       Items must be packaged with bubble wrap to avoid freight damage.

·       Must include return authorisation form (please email us for this)

·       Please allow 5-15 business days for the processing of returned items. 

      An additional email will be sent within 5-10 business days of receiving, regarding the status of the exchange.

     A restocking fee charge of 30% may be deducted from your total order amount if the item(s) are received damaged from freight handling.

 

REFUNDS

 

 

·       We do not offer refunds for late deliveries with Australia post. 
Please allow up to 3 business days for GMF to process your order, and a reasonable amount of time for

      Australia post to process and deliver your parcel. Postage delays are our of our control.

 

EXCHANGES

 

 

·       Customers will be notified via email upon receipt of returned items.

·       An additional email will be sent within 5-15 business days of receiving regarding the status of the exchange.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

 

 

·       Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.

·       Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

·
