Shipping Policy
All orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday -Friday.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping, please contact us.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@GMF4x4.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

CHANGE OF MIND
· We currently do not accept returns for change of mind. |
RETURNS OF FAULTY/INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED PRODUCTS
· Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date you receive your order. · Items must be unopened and in sell-able condition. · Items received damaged may be rejected or a repacking/powder coat fee of 30% may be applied. · Items must be packaged with bubble wrap to avoid damage. · Include Return Authorisation Form. · Please allow 5-15 business days for the processing of returned items. |
REFUNDS
· We may offer a refund or credit at our discretion. |
EXCHANGES
· Customers will be notified via email upon receipt of returned items. · An additional email will be sent within 5-15 business days of receiving regarding the status of the exchange. · A restocking charge of 30% may be deducted from your total order amount if received damaged. |
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
· Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable. · Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. · We will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item for STANDARD shipping only. |
